UCO Business is a career, higher-education and business-pathway platform providing research-led information, programme discovery, country guidance, application-support tools, career resources, industry insights and related services across business, management and professional disciplines.

Unless a specific Service states otherwise, account-based functionality is intended for persons capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under the age required by applicable law, use must occur through or with the involvement of a lawful parent, guardian or authorised representative.

• Provide materially accurate registration information.
• Keep credentials confidential and use reasonable security measures.
• Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, share credentials to circumvent access controls, or access another person’s account without authority.
• Notify us promptly if you reasonably suspect compromise or unauthorised access.

Programme information, entry requirements, fees, scholarships, deadlines, visa-related information and institutional policies can change. Users must independently verify material requirements with the relevant university, institution, regulator, embassy, government authority or official source before acting.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, UCO Business does not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa approval, employment, interview selection, university response times or any particular academic or professional outcome.

You retain rights you already hold in documents and information you upload. You grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to store, process, transmit and use that material to provide the requested Service. You are responsible for having authority to provide it.

• Do not upload forged, altered, misleading or unlawfully obtained documents.
• Do not upload another person’s information without authority.
• Use the document vault and application tools only for legitimate education, career or administrative purposes.

Job, internship and opportunity listings may originate from third parties. Unless expressly stated, UCO Business is not the employer, recruiter or contracting party. Availability, salary, eligibility, hiring process and employment terms remain subject to the relevant organisation.

Unless otherwise stated, UCO Business or its licensors own the website design, original editorial content, databases, research compilations, software, brand materials, graphics, templates and other proprietary materials.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended personal or organisational purpose.

• Do not bypass authentication, rate limits or security controls.
• Do not scrape gated account data, application data, private user information or protected databases.
• Do not reproduce UCO Business content at scale to create a competing database, commercial content library or substantially derivative service.
• Restricted or proprietary content may not be used to train, fine-tune or materially improve an AI model or commercial dataset without prior written permission.

• No unlawful conduct, fraud, impersonation, malware, credential theft, harassment, spam or infringement.
• No attempts to interfere with service availability or conduct unauthorised security testing.
• No submission of false admissions, employment, identity or qualification information.

The Services may integrate with universities, recruitment platforms, Microsoft, Google, Supabase, Sanity, payment providers, email providers, analytics providers and other third parties. Their availability and policies are outside our control and may be governed by their own terms.

We aim to keep the Services reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features, pathways, institutions, countries, listings and integrations may be added, changed, suspended or removed where reasonably necessary.

General content is educational and informational. Unless expressly agreed in writing, UCO Business is not acting as a lawyer, regulated immigration adviser, tax adviser, investment adviser or other regulated professional.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for material breach, fraud, non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, document falsification, intellectual-property infringement or misuse of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights, statutory warranties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent liability may lawfully be limited, UCO Business is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of general informational content, third-party decisions or third-party platform failures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any legally required forum, courts of competent jurisdiction in Andhra Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, technology, security, Services or operations. Material changes will apply prospectively where required and the current version will display its Last Updated date.
