Account Deletion

Before deletion, export information you want to retain. Deletion may remove saved applications, document-vault access, preferences, career saves, messages, reminders and other account functionality.

Because deletion is irreversible, we may require re-authentication, email verification or another reasonable security step.

Following a valid request, we will delete or anonymise personal information that we are no longer required or permitted to retain.

Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary for accounting, transaction history, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, dispute resolution, legal rights or compliance obligations. Residual backup copies may remain temporarily until overwritten through normal backup-retention processes.
