Where application support requires identity, academic, financial, immigration or similar documents, we process them only for the relevant service purpose and subject to access controls. Do not upload information that is unnecessary for the requested Service.

We may share information with authorised staff, service providers and, where you request or authorise an application or submission, relevant universities, institutions, employers, recruitment partners or other recipients necessary to perform the requested Service.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Some service providers may process or store information outside India. We use reputable providers and apply contractual, security and legal controls appropriate to the Service and applicable law.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, account functionality, application history, security, legal compliance, dispute handling or other lawful requirements. Retention periods may differ by data category.

Recruitment applicants may be subject to a separate Candidate Personal Data Collection, Recording & Recruitment Process notice where interviews or group discussions are recorded or transcribed.
