Imperial College London MSc Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management

Imperial College London MSc Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management is a one-year postgraduate programme at Imperial Business School for students interested in innovation, venture creation, entrepreneurial strategy and managing new business opportunities.

For UCO Business users, this programme is most relevant to the Entrepreneurship pathway, with links to Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Innovation Management, Start-up Management and Venture Creation.

The programme is suitable for students who want to understand how new ideas are developed, commercialised and managed in entrepreneurial and innovation-driven environments.

Applicants should have at least a UK Upper Second Class Honours degree or international equivalent.

Imperial accepts applicants from a range of academic backgrounds, including business, economics, engineering, science and social science disciplines.

GMAT is not required for MSc Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management. However, Imperial states that a well-balanced GMAT or GRE result may add weight to the application.

Applicants must submit degree transcripts and supporting application materials through the Imperial application system.

Applicants must meet Imperial College London’s higher English-language requirement.

IELTS Academic requirement: 7.0 overall, with at least 6.5 in all elements.

TOEFL iBT requirement for tests taken before 21 January 2026: 100 overall, with at least 22 in all elements.

TOEFL requirement for tests taken after 21 January 2026: 5.0 overall, with at least 5.0 in all elements.

Duolingo English Test requirement: 125 overall, with no less than 115 in any band score.

Imperial Business School does not accept attendance of a pre-sessional English course as a way to meet the English-language requirement.
