Columbia MS in Business Analytics

The Columbia MS in Business Analytics is an in-person Master of Science programme offered jointly by Columbia Engineering and Columbia Business School. It builds a foundation in data science tools, artificial intelligence, machine learning and analytics for business decision-making.

For UCO Business users, this programme is most relevant to the Business Analytics pathway, with links to Data Analytics for Business, Predictive Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Analysis and Operations Analytics.

The programme includes a real-world consulting engagement and allows students to develop specialised knowledge through concentrations such as financial analytics and financial technology, marketing analytics, healthcare analytics, and analytics algorithms and methodology.

Applicants apply through Columbia Engineering graduate admissions.

Applicants must submit academic transcripts. Official transcripts are normally required after admission and acceptance of the offer.

Columbia Engineering master’s applications generally require statement materials, recommendations and a video interview for MS applications.

The Business Analytics MS is offered through Columbia Engineering in partnership with Columbia Business School and is listed by Columbia IEOR for fall applications with a January 15 priority deadline.

International applicants or applicants whose undergraduate degree was received in a country where English is not the official and widely spoken language must submit English-language test evidence with the application.
