Walmart Summer 2027 Corporate Intern: Sam’s Club Merchandising is a merchandising management internship based in Bentonville.

The internship gives college juniors hands-on experience in product strategy, merchandise planning, retail execution, data analysis and leadership presentation.

For UCO Business users, this job is most relevant to the Management pathway because it develops project leadership, commercial decision-making, retail strategy and cross-functional management skills.

Lead a 10-week capstone project addressing a merchandising challenge.

Analyse data and financial metrics to develop actionable insights.

Collaborate with merchants, planners and replenishment teams.

Present project outcomes to senior leadership.

Participate in executive speaker sessions, networking and mentoring.

Use member insights and financial metrics to support retail decisions.

Currently enrolled as a junior in an undergraduate programme.

Graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.

Authorisation to work in the United States without restrictions at the time of application.

Preferred majors include Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or related fields.

Strong analytical, collaboration, communication and project-management skills are expected.

Interest in retail, merchandising and emerging technologies including generative AI is useful.
