Sr. Program Manager: Emerging Programs, ILS Delivery and Execution

The Senior Program Manager for Emerging Programs leads new and evolving operational initiatives within Amazon's In-Life Services organisation. The role is responsible for turning complex operational challenges into scalable programmes, automation solutions and execution frameworks that can support a growing fleet. It combines innovation, programme development, operational strategy and cross-functional leadership, requiring the manager to design new ways of working, test emerging ideas and build systems that can scale across Amazon's network. This makes the role relevant to corporate entrepreneurship and innovation-led business development.

Lead end-to-end programme management for large-scale automation initiatives.

Develop execution requirements for emerging programmes.

Build scalable operating frameworks for new initiatives.

Coordinate strategy, field operations and external vendors.

Identify operational improvement and automation opportunities.

Develop forecasting and analytical models that support programme decisions.

Identify risks and dependencies across complex initiatives.

Resolve technical and operational blockers.

Develop scalable solutions that improve asset utilisation and operational performance.

Partner across strategy and execution teams to introduce new capabilities.

At least 5 years of programme or project-management experience.

Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.

Experience owning programme strategy and end-to-end delivery.

Experience communicating programme results to senior leadership.

At least 2 years of process-improvement experience is preferred.

A master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Knowledge of general AI tools is preferred.

Experience designing and scaling operational or workforce programmes is preferred.

Strong cross-functional stakeholder-management capability.
