Senior Program Manager, Amazon Flex BOSS

The Senior Program Manager for Amazon Flex BOSS leads strategy, optimisation and scaling initiatives for Amazon Flex, a delivery model that enables independent contractors to operate as Delivery Partners and work for themselves. The role focuses on improving the economics, experience and scalability of this entrepreneurial delivery ecosystem by developing long-term strategies, designing scalable processes and coordinating teams across finance, marketing, engineering, data science and operations. It is strongly aligned with entrepreneurship because it directly supports independent workers operating within a platform-based business model.

Own the long-term roadmap for improving Amazon Flex business performance.

Develop strategies around cost, quality, expansion and Delivery Partner experience.

Analyse operational data and performance KPIs.

Identify opportunities for short-term and long-term business improvements.

Coordinate Finance, Marketing, Capacity Management, Engineering and Data Science teams.

Make resource-allocation trade-offs and align leadership on priorities.

Design scalable processes that support business growth.

Support launch and expansion initiatives.

Develop technical and operational solutions to recurring business problems.

Improve the experience of independent Delivery Partners.

At least 5 years of programme or project-management experience.

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Experience owning programme strategy and end-to-end delivery.

Experience communicating results to senior leadership.

Intermediate Excel knowledge.

Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Experience solving complex problems under tight schedules.

At least 2 years of process-improvement experience is preferred.

A master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Experience implementing repeatable processes and automation is preferred.
