Senior Program Manager - Amazon Business, US 3P Consumer Electronics

The Senior Program Manager for Amazon Business and the US third-party Consumer Electronics seller organisation develops growth programmes that help independent marketplace businesses expand their B2B sales. The role combines entrepreneurial ecosystem development, commercial strategy, seller growth, programme ownership and business analysis. It works across Amazon Business and the wider third-party seller organisation to identify new growth opportunities, design commercial initiatives and help sellers improve pricing, selection, deals and customer reach. The position is relevant to Entrepreneurship because it directly supports independent sellers and small businesses in developing and scaling commercial opportunities through a digital marketplace.

Own strategic Amazon Business initiatives within the third-party seller ecosystem.

Develop commercial growth programmes for third-party sellers.

Identify opportunities across pricing, deals, product selection and B2B customer acquisition.

Help marketplace sellers identify and execute growth opportunities.

Coordinate strategy across multiple product categories.

Analyse seller performance, feedback and programme data.

Measure programme effectiveness and identify improvements.

Develop bottom-up strategies based on seller and market requirements.

Present business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Own metrics linked to commercial and revenue-growth objectives.

Influence programme, product and business strategy.

Use AI-enabled tools to improve programme-management efficiency.

At least 5 years of programme or project-management experience.

Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.

Experience owning programme strategy from development through end-to-end delivery.

Experience communicating programme results to senior leadership.

Strong commercial and cross-functional programme-management capability.

Experience driving process improvements is preferred.

A master's degree or MBA is preferred.

General knowledge of AI tools is preferred.

Experience designing and scaling programmes across large organisations is advantageous.

Strong analytical and stakeholder-management capability.
