Program Manager, Tell Amazon

The Program Manager for Tell Amazon leads cross-functional programmes designed to strengthen customer trust and protect Amazon's global online marketplace. The role combines programme management, operational improvement, risk management and technology implementation, with particular emphasis on automation and artificial intelligence. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, the Program Manager defines requirements, shapes delivery priorities and coordinates initiatives that improve risk detection and customer experience. The position also analyses programme performance, develops strategic recommendations and communicates complex findings to senior leadership.

Develop automation strategies and lead AI implementation initiatives.

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define programme requirements.

Contribute to product roadmaps and coordinate delivery of customer-experience improvements.

Use data analysis and machine-learning insights to identify emerging operational risks.

Lead cross-functional programmes that streamline processes and reduce manual effort.

Coordinate risk-management and operational-improvement initiatives.

Prepare deep-dive analyses and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Identify opportunities to automate risk-detection and enforcement processes.

Coordinate testing, refinement and deployment of automated solutions.

Monitor performance metrics and identify gaps in existing programme workflows.

Maintain programme and operating documentation, escalation paths and performance benchmarks.

Support continuous improvement of risk-detection accuracy and operational processes.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.

Experience within financial services or payment institutions.

Experience managing multiple competing priorities and driving objectives through to completion.

Strong cross-functional programme-management capability.

Ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.

Project Management Professional certification or equivalent is preferred.

Experience applying technology, Lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies to process improvement is preferred.

A master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
