Program Manager, AU Global Store

The Program Manager for Amazon AU Global Store manages strategic and commercial initiatives that expand Amazon Australia's international product offering. Based in Sydney, the role combines programme management, project delivery, commercial analysis and cross-functional stakeholder coordination across search, engineering, marketing, logistics, finance, legal and compliance teams. The Program Manager owns defined commercial levers, evaluates data to identify growth opportunities and risks, coordinates multiple workstreams and develops execution plans in an environment where priorities and processes can change rapidly.

Own commercial and programme initiatives supporting Amazon AU Global Store.

Identify high-potential international product-selection opportunities.

Develop promotional, marketing and commercial execution strategies.

Coordinate projects across local and international teams.

Work with engineering, search, marketing, logistics, finance, legal and compliance stakeholders.

Analyse business metrics to identify programme opportunities and risks.

Build recommendations based on data and commercial analysis.

Develop execution plans and coordinate multiple simultaneous workstreams.

Manage ambiguity and align stakeholders where processes or priorities are evolving.

Adopt AI and new technologies to improve operating efficiency.

Support continuous improvement and scalable programme processes.

Bachelor's degree.

At least 3 years of programme or project-management experience.

At least 3 years of experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

At least 3 years of experience defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.

Advanced Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps.

SQL knowledge.

Experience defining programme requirements and using metrics to determine improvements.

Experience driving end-to-end delivery is preferred.

Experience communicating results to senior leadership is preferred.

Experience driving process improvements is preferred.

Strong stakeholder-management experience is preferred.

Experience building project-management processes and schedules is preferred.
