Manager, Revenue Operations Scaled Services, Enablement and Support

This Manager position sits within Walmart Data Ventures' Global Revenue Operations team and supports the commercial organisation as a strategy and operations partner. The role combines revenue planning, business analysis, sales operations, forecasting and stakeholder management to help improve commercial performance and support scalable growth.

Build and maintain analytical sales models supporting revenue planning and scenario analysis.

Develop segmentation frameworks and analyses that help commercial teams prioritise customers and opportunities.

Maintain CRM data quality, pipeline governance and reporting readiness.

Produce data visualisations and business narratives that support sales strategy and management decision-making.

Manage forecasting processes, pipeline reviews and book-of-business oversight.

Partner closely with sales leadership and other stakeholders on commercial operating priorities.

Translate complex operational and commercial data into practical recommendations.

Manage projects independently from initial analysis through implementation.

Bachelor's degree required.

Walmart indicates approximately 4–6 years of relevant experience in an analytical field such as sales strategy, consulting, consumer goods, business analytics, FP&A or revenue operations.

Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into recommendations linked to strategic priorities.

Experience with SaaS metrics and/or revenue modelling.

Proficiency with Excel and CRM reporting tools.

SQL experience is considered beneficial.

Strong project-management capability and the ability to manage projects independently.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Spanish-language proficiency is considered an advantage.

Walmart's formal minimum qualification can also be met through a relevant bachelor's degree plus two years of related experience, or four years of relevant professional experience.
