Summer 2027: Intelligent Automation Business Systems Analyst Intern

Intuit Summer 2027 Intelligent Automation Business Systems Analyst Intern is a business analytics and systems-focused internship within Intuit’s Finance Controllership, Assurance and Operations team.

The role involves process optimisation, finance systems performance, business analysis, automation, AI-enabled workflow improvement and data-backed recommendations.

For UCO Business users, this job is most relevant to the Business Analytics pathway because it connects business process analysis, systems improvement, GenAI, automation and decision-support analytics.

Assess and recommend ways to optimise and streamline critical business processes.

Analyse Go To Market offering setup and SKU creation processes.

Support AI and GenAI-enabled process improvement initiatives.

Help rationalise billing models and Go To Market variations.

Support implementation of contract lifecycle management, Deal Desk and Revenue Operations structures.

Prepare data-backed recommendations for finance and business stakeholders.

Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking programme with an expected graduation date after the internship ends.

Bachelor’s programme with emphasis in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related fields.

Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying AI to real-world problems.

Experience or interest in process optimisation, business analysis and project implementation.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Must be legally authorised to work in the United States full-time for the internship duration.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an Intuit office location determined by team and role.
