Summer 2027 Portfolio Management Intern

Harrison Street Summer 2027 Portfolio Management Intern is a 10-week internship on the Portfolio Management team.

The role gives exposure to fund activities, financial analysis, investor reporting and the private equity real estate investment process.

For UCO Business users, this job is relevant to the Finance pathway because it directly involves portfolio management, fund performance monitoring and financial analysis.

Support financial analysis for the Portfolio Management group.

Compile and analyse internal data.

Monitor fund-level financial performance and identify opportunities or risks.

Analyse sector, strategy and partner performance.

Assist with quarterly and annual investor reporting materials.

Participate in cross-department meetings including Investment Committee meetings.

Pursuing a bachelor's degree.

Real Estate or Finance concentration, or strong interest in real assets, is preferred.

Core knowledge of finance and accounting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly motivated, organised and self-directed.

Must be a junior in college to apply.
