Role description
Amazon Pathways Operations Manager Intern – Summer 2027 is a 12-week internship in Amazon’s operations network.
The intern works inside a fulfilment, sortation, delivery station or Amazon Air site, contributing to projects that improve operations, efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic operational improvements.
Lead data-driven projects to optimise supply chain processes.

Present project findings and recommendations to site leadership.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an MBA or master’s degree programme.
Expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
Ability to commit to a 12-week summer 2027 internship.
Minimum age of 18 years.
Preferred: three or more years of relevant professional or military experience.
Preferred: MBA or master’s focus in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or a related field.
