2027 MBA Pathways Full-time Operations Manager

Amazon 2027 MBA Pathways Full-time Operations Manager is part of Amazon’s three-year Operations Leadership Development Program.

The role is designed for MBA or equivalent master’s graduates who will lead cross-functional teams, manage people, processes and technology, and drive continuous improvement across Amazon’s operations network.

For UCO Business users, this job is most relevant to the MBA pathway because it is explicitly designed for recent MBA or master’s graduates preparing for senior operations leadership.

Lead, coach and develop teams in Amazon operations.

Partner with senior leadership to solve complex operational and business challenges.

Drive continuous improvement by analysing operational data and implementing scalable solutions.

Make decisions in a fast-paced operations environment while balancing safety, quality and productivity.

Collaborate with technology, engineering and supply chain teams to improve end-to-end processes.

Three or more years of professional or military experience.

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, an MBA or equivalent master’s-level education degree.

Ability to work flexible hours as business demands, including overnight, weekend and holiday shifts.

Preferred: experience leading direct or indirect reports.

Preferred: MBA or master’s focus in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or a related field.
